Mr. Gourab Das Sharma joined Candor International School in June 2019 as the IBDP Coordinator. Since then, he has made a tremendous impact on the IBDP Programme, producing excellent results in the IBDP examinations, and bringing in a transformation to the programme. Recognizing his progress, track record, and leadership skills, the school management has promoted him to the position of Vice Principal, effective August 2024.
Before his tenure at Candor International School, Mr. Gourab served at Sreenidhi International School, Hyderabad as the IBDP Coordinator and IB Continuum Coordinator. In this role, he was instrumental in leading the school through the Council of International School accreditation process. He was responsible for coordinating all activities, meetings, and document generation related to these domains. Additionally, he successfully led the team, the school, and the management through the IBDP evaluation process.
Mr. Gourab holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), which has further enhanced his ability to lead and manage academic programs effectively. His commitment to academic excellence and his strong leadership skills make him an invaluable asset to Candor International School.
