2. The slot timing will be provided after registration. Slight changes in the timings may vary. Vaccination will be administered keeping the covid norms and vaccination site protocols in mind.
3. The patient must carry proof of CoWIN registration number and valid ID documents at the time of vaccination, along with the details of the mobile number through which CoWIN registration was done.
4. Vaccination at the site will be provided as per the guidelines set up by the Central & State Government.
5. Please maintain a safe distance and wear a mask at the camp.
