Ms. Aruna brings with her over two decades of experience in leading schools under the Cambridge (CAIE) curriculum and, more recently, as Principal of an IB Continuum School. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to academic excellence, holistic development, and building strong, future-ready learning communities.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and a Certificate in School Leadership and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Advanced Teaching.
As the Founding Principal of a CAIE school established in 2002, Ms. Aruna successfully obtained Cambridge affiliation and worked closely with the British Council in Sudan. She also served as an Exam Officer (2017–2023), gaining extensive experience in ensuring academic integrity and upholding international standards. She has been leading an IB Continuum School, overseeing both pedagogical excellence and operational effectiveness.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in collaboration, inspiration, and innovation, empowering teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences and guiding students to realize their fullest potential.
