“Ace Tennis world champion, Mahesh Bhupathi officially inaugurated the Western Block of the Secondary Wing of Candor International School which also houses the Music Department and Gym on April 5, 2013. His belief in the Candor philosophy of the integration of academics with Sports and the arts made him the perfect Candor Brand Ambassador. After the meeting with the media persons where the Principal, Pradip Das, spoke about the beginnings of Candor, Mahesh Bhupathi addressed a gathering of trustees, students, parents, teachers, visitors and friends, after being welcomed by one of the Senior Students from Tanzania. In his brief address, he mentioned that the philosophy of Candor was one of the main reasons for his involvement with the School. He was then shown the Tennis and Basketball facilities and this was a wonderful opportunity for the students to get his autograph on their T-shirts and Tennis Rackets as well as to be photographed with him. We plan to have him back with us for a more extended interaction in the near future.”
