Which is the right curriculum A levels or IBDP program?
A Levels offer in-depth specialization, with students typically studying three subjects in greater detail. The IBDP provides a broader, balanced education with six subjects, along with the core components—Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Extended Essay (EE), and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS)—which develop research, critical thinking, and holistic growth.
Differences between the A levels and IB?

Which qualification is more accepted and reputed in the light of the universities?
Both A Levels and the IBDP are equally well-recognized by leading universities worldwide. Admissions are based on the student’s academic performance, overall profile, and how well they meet the university’s selection criteria—not on the curriculum itself.
Can we transfer out from the curriculum in the middle of the year?
Yes, it is possible. However, since the teaching methods and assessment approaches differ significantly, transitioning mid-year can be academically challenging.
Can students get into an Indian Education System after grade 10 and into an Indian University after grade 12?
Yes. Students from the Indian curriculum can transition to Candor, and both A Levels and the IBDP are recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Graduates are well-prepared for admission to universities in India as well as around the world.
