That role, lingering metallic sound of the cymbal, the soft build up of the base drum leading to a loud bang, the spine goes straight heart beats faster and you feel the sound of the base drum on your chest, you know that the Candor School Drummers are in action. Cutting across gender lines all students learn to play the drums. Their immersion into the world of beats and rhythmic patterns along with subtle variations of tones is a joy to see. Candor students regularly appear for Trinity College Music Examination.
