On January 22, 2013. Candor International School had the privilege of a visit from Dr. Glen Kharkongor, the Vice Chancellor of Martin Luther Christian University (MLCU), Meghalaya. An extremely erudite scholar, with a wealth of knowledge about tertiary level educational  systems and their workings he was accompanied by two Lecturers of the Bio-Chemistry Department , Dr. Rene and Ms.Larina. He also has the distinction of being the first and founder Vice Chancellor of the University.
