Exciting Update!
Candor International School recently hosted students from Yishun Innova Junior College, Singapore, as part of an initiative by the University Guidance Counseling team. This event embodied the true essence of being an international school by fostering global education. The interaction provided Candor students with a valuable opportunity to meet the Singaporean students and gain first hand insights. It was a vibrant occasion for cultural exchange and learning for the entire school community. Our guest faculty and students observed our academic classes, while our teaching staff engaged in productive discussions with the visitors. The Singaporean students experienced the local educational environment, interacted with their peers, and explored diverse teaching methods by participating in classes. They also enjoyed friendly football and basketball matches, experimented in our well-equipped Robotics lab, and printed a souvenir using our 3D printer. The day concluded with lively cultural exchange performances, featuring a fun-filled dance night enjoyed by all. Our guests also appreciated the delicious authentic Indian cuisine.
On the second day, YIJC students and Candorians attended an inspiring guest speaker session by Mr. Siddharth KT, the Founder and Chairman of the Transcend Group of Institutes. This exchange program broadened students’ horizons, fostering a deeper appreciation for diversity and international cooperation. Such initiatives promote inclusivity and cultivate a sense of global community among students.
