Healthy Choices
Candor International School had a parent visiting the grade3 to engage the children in yoga and storytelling. Mrs. Prabha was also exited to spend time and be involved in the teaching and learning process with the children. This was an activity integrated with our unit “healthy choices”. Mrs. Prabha recited a story and yoga postures were taught to show the characters and animals in the story. The students enjoyed the activity as they were given a chance to express their thoughts through different yoga postures.
