The Candor Christmas Programme and Carnival today, December 20, 2013 was an event that truly represented the spirit of giving which is essentially what Christmas represents. The six traditional.
Christmas carols, sung by the newly formed choir of Middle and High School students, beautifully supported the shadow puppet nativity tableau.
K1 and K2 very aptly sung a Christmas lullaby while Grades 1-5 sang rousing Rudolph and Jingle Bells. The carnival that followed, which was in aid of the Victims of the recent Typhoon that Hit the Philippines, and run almost entirely by Grades 4-11 and supported by their home room teachers enthusiastically did a roaring business. There were quite a few visitors too who joined the festivities. Creativity and collaboration marked the event. It was a great way to end the year on a note of giving.
