Archaeology is the field that concentrates on recovering and studying physical evidence of earlier human life and culture..Archaeologists have worked on sites all over the world and contributed to our understanding of ancient cultures and the history of humankind. Grade 7 students today had the most unusual classroom activity wherein they played the role of an archaeologist. They went on a digging spree and found ancient art proof from under the ground. They researched on the various sources of history. It was fun and hugely educative,to say the least!
