The skipping challenge took place on the 29th of October at 10.10 on the basketball courts. The challenge was to see how many skips each child could do within a 60 second time limit.For grades one and two the challenge was held class wise separating the boys and the girls. For 3, 4 and 5 the challenge was done according to ages groups, those under ten and those under twelve. Again, boys and girls were separated. Among the girls in Grade One, Sachee came first with 41 skips and second place was taken by Nupur and Shriya with 32 skips.
The grade one boys were led by Dhiren with 64 skips. Second place went to Akarsh with 25 skips and Gautum came third with 24 skips. In the Grade Two boys, Arjun came first with 63 followed by Suriya in second and Ved in third place.
The girls in Grade Two were led by Zaara with 91 skips followed by Advika and Danushri. Among the Under 10 year old boys, Siddhu came first with 111 skips followed by Darshan and Tanish in second and third place. Sahiti won the under 10 girls challenge with 81 skips, followed by Maya and Misha.
In the boys under 12 groups Joseph came first with 142 skips and Akshat and Samvrith followed in second and third places respectively. Only two girls participated in the under 12 group with Ashley coming in first and Vedha second.
