The 27th of September 2013 was an exciting day for our PYP students. The football field came to life with a much anticipated game of soccer for the PYP students. It was the finals of the football match, Red House against Blue House. A close encounter between both houses indeed where all players played valiantly but in the end Red House emerged as the better team. Despite excellent efforts from Akash in Blue House to score a goal, Goutham, the goal keeper from Red House managed to remain focused throughout the match thereby being able to deflect all attempts being made. Tanish scored for Red house in the first half and the score remained at 1-0 till the end of the match. Other players worth mentioning during the match are Aryan in Red House for being able to tackle the ball well and Darshan, Blue House, who was exceptionally good playing the defensive. Overall, both teams displayed great team spirit, Congratulations to both teams!
