The IB1 Biology students investigated two interesting factors, helping us to analyze and decide what we eat and drink. One such investigation dealt with estimation of alcohol on membranes, correlating the factors with our daily life intake and dehydration, and the data was collected using the absorbance of light by a colorimeter. The others, on the contrary investigated movement of molecules in and out of cells based on cell size to volume ratio, collecting data using a conducting probe. The data hence collected helped us analyze the prospects of being aware of the various factors and how it affects out body. Next time think before you eat. Reflect before you drink.
