The first inter house Basketball Ball Challenge was held from 22nd February to 5th March 2013 at the school courts. Yellow House was the proud winners with 7 points followed by Blue house with 5 points. The third place went to green house with 3 points and fourth place was Red house with 1 point.
The First match was played on 22nd February between Green house and Blue house. Blue house won the match with the final score: 14 -12 Scorers for blue house were Rayhaan – 10 points & Potte – 4 points, For the Green house were Poom- 4 pts, Hokim -2 ts, Pranav – 2 pts, Leah – 2 pts, Raj – 2 pts.
The Second match was played on 26th February between Yellow house and Red house. Yellow house won the match Final score: 32 -16 match Final score: 32 -16. James – 8 pts, Graham – 22 pts, Sim – 2 pts Scored for the Yellow house while for the Red house Manan – 12 pts, Pratik 2 pts, Pranaswi – 2 pts were on target.
The third & fourth place match was played on 1st March between Green house V/S Red house. Greenhouse won the match, final score: 16 – 11. Poom – 8 pts, Hokim – 6 pts & Pranav – 2 pts were on target for the Green house, for Red house only Manan was on target scoring 11 pts.
The final was a treat to watch as both the teams yellow and blue gave their best. Both the teams showed a lot of enthusiasm and true sportsmanship. Yellow house won the match final score: 34 – 24. James – 18 pts, Graham – 16 pts were on target for the winners while Potte – 10 pts, Rayhaan – 14 pts scored for the Blue house.
