Candor International school celebrated Children’s Day-November 14 in a very special way. The students and teachers brought out their creative side through individual pieces of painting and drawings. The artwork is now being displayed all around the school. Later in the day they got into teams according to their grades and took part in a rangoli designing activity. Their teamwork, creativity, sense of symmetry and colour was displayed through the range of designs that were made all over the school. We kept to our ‘green’ objective by creating the Rangoli designs from flower petals. It was an interesting way to celebrate Children’s Day, 2012 and it was a meaningful activity for the students as they played with colours and petals.
