It was an extremely unusual day at Candor International School where we had a gathering of 20 principals at our campus. The topics of discussion among these brilliant minds were: how to interface with parents, the concerns of modern day parents, the roles and responsibilities of a school, academic follow up by the parents and handling a parent with sensitivity, as almost every teacher is a parent too! Attention was brought to areas of administrative quality improvement, technology in school, promotions etc.. They all came up with lots of school-wide, cross-grade-level teaching strategies, and importantly how to make learning meaningful and fun!
